international customers

I ship from Canada, and some countries may charge customs and duties taxes and fees, as well as additional charges. These fees are your responsibility. The cost of international shipping through my shop doesn't include any of these fees, and it is a separate payment you'll need to pay to your postal service/government to receive your order.

If the package is abandoned or destroyed due to you failing to pay these import fees, or if you refuse the delivery, your order cannot be refunded.

EU customers will be charged VAT and fees on all shipments no matter the package value, so please be prepared. These fees are your responsibility. The cost of international shipping through my store doesn't include VAT, and I do not collect VAT or any other fees on your behalf.

I'm unable to ship to the UK because of the VAT rules, but I can take UK orders through my Etsy store here! I'm unable to figure out their new tax rules yet, but Etsy can collect and file them on my behalf.
