Shipping Info & FAQ

✦ SHIPPING INFO ✦

I ship from the US. If you're outside of the US, please familiarize yourself with the international customers page as well. Orders are usually packed over the weekend and shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Here are the general shipping timeframes:

Contiguous US/Canadian orders: 1-3 weeks
Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks

There are delays with shipping carriers around major holidays, so please be patient!

 

✦ ADDRESSES ✦

Please triple check your shipping address before submitting your order!! Make sure you include your apartment or suite number if you have one.

If your order is sent back to me, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again for me to send it back out. I can also refund your order, minus the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

 

✦ LETTERMAIL SHIPPING ✦

I have lettermail shipping as an option to keep shipping costs low for sticker orders - $1 within the US and $2.50 everywhere else. This shipping method is sent in an untracked envelope, and can take 1-3 weeks to arrive in the contiguous US and Canada, and 2-10 weeks everywhere else.

Lettermail shipping is the default for stickers and washi tape samples.

When will my order ship?

My shipping schedule is irregular at the moment, and orders can take about a  week to pack and drop off at the post office. I will do my best to keep drop off dates updated on the announcement bar!

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can still change your shipping address! Please contact me asap with your order number and updated address.

If your order has already shipped, please contact your local post office for options to intercept or hold the package for you. Once an order has shipped, I'm unable to do anything as I have no control over the postal service.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

I don't accept returns or exchanges. Refunds can't be issued for an item that arrives later than the estimated shipping time - the postal service isn't in my control, and there can be some delays around major holidays.

If something is wrong with your order though, please contact me!

MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT!

For tracked shipping: Sometimes the postal service will incorrectly scan in your parcel as delivered. It should usually be correctly delivered within the next few business days, and the tracking page should update with a new estimated delivery date at the end of the working day.

If your order doesn't arrive within 2-3 days of the above, please contact your local post office - it's not my responsibility if orders are lost in transit. If your local post office needs me to confirm anything, please contact me and I'll do my best to assist!

For lettermail: Lettermail is untracked and typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive within the contiguous US, and 2-10 weeks everywhere else. If you haven't received your order within those timeframes, please let me know!

SOMETHING'S MISSING FROM MY ORDER

I'm sorry about that - I'm just a one person team and mistakes sometimes happen!! Please contact me asap with your order number and the item(s) you're missing.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM I DIDN'T ORDER

Please feel free to keep it or give it away :)

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER / SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER

Please contact me asap with your order number and a photo of the order you received so we can get this sorted out.

SOMETHING CAME IN DAMAGED!

Please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order, and include your order number and a photo of the damage.
